Job Bosses

Topic: Paralake City jobs would have Bosses / GM's ( General Managers )



Short explanation (in notes):
- Each job would have a boss that would be in-charge of everyones' salary. ( In that job )
- He or she would be able to fire / demote someone from a job ( Like the Lieutenant but would also be able to do it. )
- Could promote and demote different workers ( Would also mean to have more ranks or classes in the job (( Optional )) )

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
Would add realism to have someone who's just in charge of everyone and can make the big executive choices. Would add realism for jobs.



Optional additions:
- Sorry if this has been suggested before, I checked and couldn't find anything

Denied - Due to the limited amount of slots for medics/firefighters, having a 'boss' for each of the job is slightly excessive. Besides, making somebody incharge can really be done ICly, if a demotion is needed, the mayor can be contacted.
