Suggestion Title: Job Mayor (Not been able to drive Cars or pull out cars)
Suggestion Description: trying to get Mayor been able to pull out cars and drive as not always SS is on or can be found.

Why should this be added?:
I think it's a good interaction for Mayor and wont be afk due to not been able to get on the fun as everyone else

What negatives could this have?:

nvm i see there is already a post made https://perpheads.com/threads/suggestion-mayors-own-vehicle.44862/ but i just want mayor to be able to pull out the SS cars as that's easy to apply and get working
