Suggestion Title: Jump combat rework and no sprint-to-shoot for long guns.
Suggestion Description: When sprinting, assault rifles, snipers, and full size shotguns will be put in passive stance, and need to be manually raised once sprint is concluded. This would not apply to sawed off shotguns, any SMGs, or any pistols.
Also, when jumping, all weapons excluding pistols are put in passive stance.

Why should this be added?:
Give full size submachineguns a purpose.
Helps enforce rule 3.3.
Generally slow down combat.

What negatives could this have?:
Make raiding more difficult by restricting certain weapons handling, thereby making defending easier.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Full sized SMGs being used in very rare circumstances.
Pistols being overshadowed by concealable SMGs, as they can be used shortly after jumping.
People breaking 3.3 by jumping around corners with full-sized rifles.

Defending is too easy and shouldn't be made even easier. Regarding heavy sniper rifles, I agree that they shouldn't be able to sprint at full speed. However, sprinting with rifles shouldn't be punished. SMGs are usually used when you don't want to lose the full value of a rifle or when you want to be stealthy, such as when raiding the PD or everyday carry. When raiding, SMGs are a good and viable option; however, the downside is their lower penetration and sometimes more difficult spray control.

From my experience, I pick up quite a few SMGs from raids. I don't think it's uncommon for people to use them.

Jump combat, on the other hand, should put your gun in a passive stance. However, a problem can arise when props are in the way after a bomb, making it even harder to reach the defenders.
