Knocking Cooldown

Every time I knock on any door I don't see a cooldown nothing stops me from knocking more. Having cooldowns on things will give players the feeling that they are being limited.

This is not cooldown rp the staff wants the server to be realistic why should this be put in just because the knocking gets annoying.
