l cant start the server

Hello, whenever I start the server, my game gets stuck on "Authenticating with Steam" and it's not downloading any files/lua. I've just reinstalled my Windows. If someone can help, thanks in advance.

It happens sometimes I’m getting the same issue you can’t really do much as it’s a steam issue and Fredy said before there was issues with the host aswell not to sure if that will effect it or not but it is just a case of a steam issue connecting to the server really all you can really do is just wait till it works because it should fix it self at some point
