[Law Reform] 6.5 Tweak due to 6.8

Is this a new law or a change to a current law: Change 6.5 due to 6.8 to stop any misunderstandings.

What law do you wish to change/add:

Currently 6.5 states:

6.5 Cooperation with the Orders of Law Enforcement Personnel
Any person who fails to comply with the legal orders of a Law enforcement officer such as refusing to provide ID when detained or obstructs a Law enforcement officer executing their duties commits an offence.

I'd like to remove everything underlined, this would help misunderstandings where people get charged with 6.5 instead of 6.8 that states:

6.8 Failure to identify to a Law Enforcement Officer
Any person who refuses to give information or withholds information regarding identification of themselves whilst under detainment by an LEO commits an offence.

Why should this change/addition be made: i believe its a poor example of failing to comply with orders as they should really be charged with 6.8 instead of 6.5

What is the aim of this change/addition: stop people being charged with 6.5 instead of 6.8 due to the example.
