Suggestion Title: Let us see casino wins while uncon/dead
Suggestion Description: Casino wins such as slot machine wins or wheel wins can't be seen while uncon/dead. Literally 0 reason for us not to see them as everyone spams GG in OOC and then you look like a melon as you can't see what they won.
