Player firstly stalled the answer of the zip-tie message, after this the player refused a zip-tie while he was in no position to do so.
After denying the zip-tie, player got into his police vehicle and sped of.
Arguably called for backup while his radio was taken away with a /me commando.

Also, when Nick went to get zipties, I took his radio, and gun off of him and threw them into the dumpster behind him using /me as you can see when he returns with "** Sam throws it in the dumpster", yet as he drives off under machete point and when someone is trying to zip tie him, he called for backup and comes back around to by Jennifer and tried to shoot at as I believe.
