@Zharkan16 Have you purchased any custom plates? You can only swap between unused plates, so if all of them are being used on other cars. Then this is a valid outcome.

So you cannot swap the plates off 2 cars? Because I was told this is possible but it might be bugged... If not then I guess it should be a suggestion not a bug
