Light Bar + Other Funky Stuff

So I noticed this on another couple police cars and when I was medic it was on the first responder as well. The light is a good 2 feet in the air and the windows + car textures are a bit funky. As well I am getting this thing where if a car was recently driving on the road the tail lights and headlights are like stuck in place but theres no car, also on some cars people will be sitting sideways outside of them. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this. Below will be screenshots of the car and my settings. As well the only addons I have are the server's addon collection.

Get rid of any SantosRP content. It looks exactly the same of what happened to me when I installed it.

Yes, You should have a folder in your addons that says SantosRP. Just delete anything that has Santos on it. Shit server anyways tbh.
