Lightbar texts are broken

Description of the bug: You can't put text on the back of your lightbar anymore when pressing 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5. Nothing happens when you press these buttons.

How to reproduce the bug: Try pressing a number between 1 through 5 while sat in any Police cruiser.

Further to this bug report, police lights aren't actually in the correct space either, as you can see in the screenshot above. The flashing lights need to be synced better with the actual lightbar position.
