I would like to recommend Lord Tyla for he's awesomeness . Tyla helped my friend through the ban appeal process and always stuck by him.He's also a great Liutenant and criminal mastermind.

He is the first friend i made within perp and he helped me with getting police supervisor i could not ask for a better friend Lieutenant or Moderator i can see him in the distant future being one of the senior administrators.

I cannot think of a better police supervisor to be right next to if Tyla is not in your police force it Is gonna get bad and fast. He is the reason why I want to stick as police supervisor and go out to try improve the police force.
I watched a few of his PERPHeads videos and there really good to watch, they show that he is a great roleplayer.
He is good at planning gangfights 5v1 with Officer Sticks... Otherwise He is using his mind
