Suggestion Title: Lower cost to modify already purchased clothing item.
Suggestion Description: If you, for example, want to purchase a matte black paint job, it will cost $40k. If you then want to change the colour to matte red, it costs only $10k extra. I would like to see this adapted to clothing items as well. You can think of it as a dye to a pre-owned clothing item instead of a purchase of a new one. For players who cannot stick to an outfit, like myself, this will save money that can be invested elsewhere.
Why should this be added?:
- Saving money.
- It just makes sense. If it's makes sense with paint jobs, it makes sense with clothing.
What negatives could this have?:
- Reducing the cost of more features might leave well-off players with even more money to burn. Perhaps balance it by increasing the initial purchase cost.
