Suggestion Title: Lower sirens sounds when someone is talking on the radio
Suggestion Description: basically Lower Sirine sounds when someone is talking on the radio so we can hear the information more clearly so there is no need to turn off the sirens.
Why should this be added?:

- none i could think of
What problem would this suggestion solve?: im deaf and i need to turn off the sirens to hear info which is less safer while driving in high speeds
