Type of Bug: Lua
Description of the Bug: Bandaging others uses the entire stack of bandages
How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Be a cop/paramedic/firefighter
2. Take medical equipment from NPC at PD
3. Right click on bandages whilst looking at bleeding player
4. The entire stack of bandages will be expended
(5. You bleed out seconds later as you can no longer bandage yourself)
