Description of the Bug: Dispatch AFK checker + CCTV = gamebreaking

How to reproduce the Bug: > be dispatch
> "wow, i sure do love playing dispatch "

> open cctv menu
> get afk checker
> cannot press answer?
> now i cant even exit cctv!!!!
> get 911 call
> cannot pickup
> try to open menu to reconnect
> gmod main menu does not work
> get demoted for being AFK on job
> have to force quit gmod

Errors: No visible errors
