Because you already have it.

All the increased prop permissions give is temp access to the same prop limit as staff.

Collier used it on me a few days ago and it worked perfectly fine aswell. So its most likely not just because of helper or staff.

Isnt the limit 70 with the rank? I got 40

Seems to work fine. It will tho not work if you have planters or chemical tables out.
