How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Gear up to heavy
2. Select any weapon
3. Get run over by a Car
4. Gear down

Time Stamp: Entire Clip

Errors: Should remove the weapon but it doesn't

The same thing happens if you surrender, just put your hands up and the gun will stay on you when you gear down
