Description of the Bug: looking down + preview animation hud does not update new clothing

How to reproduce the Bug: Wear diff clothes, look down and do animation and you see it does not update until relog.

The same applies to your gender as well, when speaking to any NPCs where your character is visible on the left. (Only if you haven't re-joined the server after making changes)
However the changes did in fact apply and everyone else can see it. But it's difficult to tell after a sex change as there is no mirror to confirm.

Fixed, also fixed the issue where the new clothing did not update in the purchase ui.
