Description of the Bug: Phone bug / org chat bug while driving in a car
How to reproduce the Bug: Get in a car and start typing in the org chat. When you press enter your message wil simply not send.
Time Stamp: Happens many times randomly.
Errors: 'You cannot use a phone right now' is the message i get a lot when im driving my car. It also happend once when i was crafting but i was told that could happen.
