Description of the Bug: Pickup Time for ordered items only lasts 1 minute instead of 10

How to reproduce the Bug: Buy items (I bought 60x Chunks of Plastic)
Use RagnaTech as your pickup point
Your things will arrive but you only have 1 minute to pick up said items...for some reason.

I re-ordered my stuff again and picked it up immediately upon arrival.

Time Stamp: 16:25 ordered,16:27 it was ready for pick up, 16:28~ my order got refunded on the 19th of June 2021, Berlin

I don't see a message about the order being sent back?

That message came via a in-game notification on the right hand-side+console, not phone

Can't replicate
