Description of the Bug: "Santa zone" restricts access to physgun.
How to reproduce the Bug: Go to the market stalls and try to go to your physgun. A pop-up will appear along the lines "The area around Santa is a peaceful zone!"
This is very restricting whenever you attempt to build something in Market Stall 1 or attempt to decorate the Market Stall walkway, as you would only be able to manipulate props within that zone from a very far distance, outside of the Santa zone.
