Description of the Bug: Sitting down on the toilet while arrested is bugged. Again.

How to reproduce the Bug: Get arrested, sit on the toilet, get released while sitting down. And there you go, you have to be killed and respawned a few times to get unstuck.

Time Stamp: It works on any time.

Errors: None visible.
