Description of the Bug: When the server restarts at 8am all the guns listed for sale at that time go "not for sale" and don't retain their price that was previously set.

How to reproduce the Bug: Put a weapon down set a price, wait for server restart and it'll go "not for sale"

Following this fix, a new issue popped up - Items placed "not for sale" as decorations seem to change to their default price at server restart. These were for a pack of cigarettes and Pumpkin Spiced Coffee that were "Not for sale" at restart
