Description of the Bug: You can sentence unconcious people.
How to reproduce the Bug: Get someone to die inside the jailing room, and whilst the person is unconcious give them a sentence and ticket. If they die, they'll respawn inside a jail cell, without cuffs. liamwharvey is the oocname of the guy i tried this on.
