Suggestion Title: Make buff/actual use for drugs
Suggestion Description: Make certain drugs actually have a buff for maybe 10 minutes, followed by a debuff. Here is some examples;
Using Meth; Pain Resistance for 15 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of vulnerability
Using Coke; Player Speed increase and work speed increase, followed by a decrease/lethargy, you can keep taking coke to keep up the status effect but the come down at the end will increase for every use
Using Weed; - I dont really have any actual ideas, yet for this, perhaps could reduce weapon sway? (Stress?) open to ideas
Why should this be added?:
Opens up an actual use for drugs besides just selling them to DD, gives new strats when fighting and decision making, do I take these items knowing the come down afterwards? Players could be visibly on drugs and Officers investigate them etc.
What negatives could this have?:
Development time, could perhaps lead to some unknown complications, I'm open to possible negatives rn, I cant think of any.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: The complete lack of drug use in the city, it should be way more rampant given the supply and it would be funny seeing people actually using coke to run away from the police n shit, make it more challenging
