Server Suggestion Make it say no mayor on city info app when there's no mayor

Suggestion Title: Make it say no mayor on city info app when there's no mayor
Suggestion Description: Currently on the city info app if there is a mayor it will say at the top of the screen the mayor, but if there is no mayor it will say nothing. My idea is to make it so that it says "No mayor" or "Mayor: N/A" ect when their is no mayor.

Why should this be added?:
- Less confusing for new players

What negatives could this have?:
- dev time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: New players being confused as to who the mayor is/where to see who the mayor is.

The lack of text there is common sense enough. It feels too dark rp-ish for there to be “Absent,” or “None.”

If anything, maybe JUST have “To Be Elected.” Without any other text to hint to newer players and those unaware that there is a way to be elected as mayor incase they don’t know.

I just check the taxes on the delivery app to know if there's a mayor. This is not a bad idea, but I'm not sure to what degree it's worth the dev time, because I don't even know how complicated it would be to implement.
