Suggestion Title: make phone icons draggable
Suggestion Description: make the phone icons draggable so you can choose what ever location you want for the app to be just like in your irl phones

Why should this be added?:
easier for the brain and muscle memory took me a while to find the bank app as it used to be on another location

What negatives could this have?:
none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: quality of life

I don't think re-arranging them like what was done was a bad thing, as it made sense to organize them based on purpose, it's just a lot of us have muscle memories that are hard to break, especially if you've been here for a decade and you keep opening the map app when trying to check your bank.

One solution could be to have a tab in the settings app on your phone be the home screen customizer, and if the settings app is missing from the customization it won't let you save it, as that'd effectively brick your phone. Being able to rearrange and remove apps at will would be really nice.
