Suggestion Title: Make supressor available for m16 for TFIC in heavy
Suggestion Description: As a tfic in heavy gear you can't access a suppressor but you can in light gear? I would like it on heavy too
Why should this be added?:
- its a bit silly how you cant access it in heavy but you can in light
