Description of the idea: Make it so the wheel of fortune has a cooldown so you can't spam it constantly and give other players a chance to spin it.
It should be at least 30 seconds so he can't have a turn about 3 times.
Why should this be added? (pros):
- its logic
- people can actually use it
What negatives could this have? (cons):
- people will moan about it
- if you are alone it can be kinda aids but surely that can be fixed with like a detection zone but idk i dont do garrys mod
