Description of the Bug: You can see inside of all Regals Apartments and see props and drugs.

How to reproduce the Bug: If you go to City Hall Parking Lot, go next to the sign after driving past the Regals Parking Lot. When you stand at the sign try moving around a bit and the walls of Regals will become transparent.
