Police Suggestion Map Ping for incidents

Suggestion Title: Map Ping for incidents
Suggestion Description: When attached to an incident that also has a location attached, display the precise location on the users phone. (basically show the red dot of the incidents location on your phone)

This can be used by newer cops to identify locations with more ease without having to constantly check dispatch map.

Why should this be added?:
- QoL
- Helping newer officers
- Identifiying locations easier when dealing with incidents

What negatives could this have?:
- dev time

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Not really a problem, just making it easier for people to navigate

There is already a map in the police computer with location pings, you can access it in the car

This would be INCREDIBLY helpful to officers, especially if combined with the minimap!
