Suggestion Description: I like rain, but it's INCREDIBLY loud. Please reduce it by 50-80%

Why should this be added?:
- It's very difficult to clearly hear VC when it's raining which causes gameplay issues.

What negatives could this have?:
- Can't think of any

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Rain is extremely loud, and I like it atmospherically, and the volume when you're inside is really nice, but outside it's nearly deafening.

I agree, it's hard to hear the tv, when you are inside your home watching a movie or something else.
I suggest it should be lowered around 60% to text if it kills your ears.
