Server Suggestion Mayor Impeachment vote

Description of the idea:
Similar to the electoral vote system, the impeachment vote system will be to remove mayors.

The system should work as such:
- The vote is started by at least 3 people requesting an impeachment at the city hall NPC.
- Upon the vote being triggered, the vote window will last for 30 seconds.
- At least 3/4 of votes have to be in favour of the mayor being removed from power.

In order to trigger a vote, maybe certain tax levels need to be high / low, or paychecks set high / low. Staff approval for Impeachments could also be implemented to prevent misuse.

A single impeachment vote may be called every 90 minutes.

Why should this be added? (pros):
- A way to get rid of mayors without killing them.
- Makes sense
- Realistic

What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Potential for misuse (Albeit small)​

I like this idea, maybe have it so you can only trigger the impeachment with the following statement from the rules;

• General mismanagement of city affairs such as draining city funds or failing to fund emergency vehicles

For example, taxes are at an unreasonable percentage, city funds are below a certain amount etc

Then wouldn't it be 3.4 or 2.5 to kill the mayor since you can start a voting safely in situations in which you are allowed to kill the mayor

I think if an impeachment vote has failed once or more, that assassinating the mayor should be a perfectly reasonable course of action at that point seeing as you've done what you could, legally. The way assassinations work right now, you can only do it if you've made attempts legally to get the mayor to change the taxes (asked him to lower taxes/threatened him in person, perhaps not so legal but at least it's not just outright killing him). This simply adds another step to the process.
