Today, Mayor Martin and his Security Detail knocked on the doors of some fortunate citizens to hand them cash prizes. This was part of his welfare project aimed at incentivizing and boosting the purchasing power of unemployed Paralake citizens, with a particular interest in areas such as Hicktown.

It's great to see this! However as the mayor has noticed unemployment in the area of Hicktown perhaps creating jobs in the area may be a suggestion.
