Can anyone create a minecraft server for like us perp members doesn't have to be a 24/7 server just something we could join once in a while and have some fun. I know you all think Minecraft is gay af. but trust me it could be fun if you make it fun

I can both make a modded and vanilla server, just don't know how to add plug-ins into the server.
