I will make this quick.

This last week, I have been somewhat active on the server. Usually there aren't many staff members online, but one the seems to always be there is @McGlinchy.
I have made quite some reports during this time, and all of them were answered by McGlinchy in good time and with good professionalism, even when being overwhelmed by the amount of people in the server.

Thats something I'll agree on, @McGlinchy has taken their time to go and commit to moderator/staff duties and they've conducted themselves well and dealt with many reports

Glinchy is someone that responds really fast to reports, listens to both sides and is not too harsh on punishments. Imo, the perfect staff member.
If he keeps doing what he is currently doing, I would not be surprised to see him as Admin in a few months.

He has 1 flaw and thats being scottish.

Agreed, While there isn’t a lot going on during the night time (at least for Americans and I @Illusion™) it’s great to have Janice on to help us.
