Why should this appeal be considered: I am very sorry to @Devon Stewart for spam rating him dumb ;( I know this was dumb of me and I would like to extend my wholehearted apology to him and yourself as well as my assurance this will never happen again. I would like to start by saying I did not realise at the time what I was doing was against the rules. Through my time being banned, I have now come to realise that it was wrong and I will never do it again. I understand how much this must have affected him and for this, I am terribly sorry. even without the removal of negative ratings I would now be able to conduct myself appropriately with the ratings sytem.
