Server Suggestion Medkit ammunition

Suggestion Title: Medkit ammunition
Suggestion Description: Require medics and firefighters to “re supply” their med kits either at the hospital or via certain paramedic vehicles.

Medics should be able to do so at their Ambulance, and firefighters should be able to do so at their station.

Why should this be added?:
- Realistic
- Adds some level of inventory management to paramedics

What negatives could this have?:
- hassle?

I like this idea, but I think they should resupply it at any medic or fire vehicle, not just the big ambulance and truck, as otherwise, those cars would be bloody useless.
