Suggestion Title: [Suggestion] Medkit stop bleeding/fix own legs.
Suggestion Description: Allow paramedics to fix their own legs, and stop their own bleeding with right click.

Why should this be added?:
- Used to be a feature, wasn't that bad.
- Makes sense that paramedics could patch themselves up to a small extent.

What negatives could this have?:
Can't think of any, feel free to suggest some if you do.

Just balance it by making it take longer but yes. I agree with this.

They can get them from the PD along with Firefighters. Should be implemented for one of the Hospital NPCs though.

What if they can do a resupply from the ambulance (like SWAT w/ armor/flashbangs).
