Suggestion Title: [Suggestion] Medkit stop bleeding/fix own legs.
Suggestion Description: Allow paramedics to fix their own legs, and stop their own bleeding with right click.

Why should this be added?:
- Used to be a feature, wasn't that bad.
- Makes sense that paramedics could patch themselves up to a small extent.

What negatives could this have?:
Can't think of any, feel free to suggest some if you do.

They can get them from the PD along with Firefighters. Should be implemented for one of the Hospital NPCs though.
