Police Suggestion Megaphone for Police

Brief description of idea:
Add a megaphone for Officers Ranked Sr Officer+.
Limit it to 2 megaphones at one time.

What benefits would this idea have for the department:
Would be good for telling civilians to clear an area.
Good for hostage negotiations.
Good for RP "we have the building surrounded" sort of thing.
Something fun for PD

What potential negatives could this have for the department:

tbh i think the extended voice range by clicking G is the easiest to code for them ngl

Something to equip and use would be nice but also have the ability to use it from in a vehicle maybe?

There isn't much that can be done in the engine for this. The best you could do is play something over the top of it like the radio static sound, but I doubt it will sound any good
