Brief description of idea: Allowing TFU to use /pbc

What benefits would this idea have for the department: So TFU can announce closure of areas and so on.

What potential negatives could this have for the department: None.

Whilst I discourage the TFU being the ones on scene to make this message typically as they’re responsibilities are to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, this clearly wouldn’t cause Any issues at all, so I don’t see why not.

Whilst I discourage the TFU being the ones on scene to make this message, this clearly wouldn’t cause Any issues at all, so I don’t see why not.

It becomes very frustrating when RTU are not utilising this and I often have to request a broadcast to be created, it's for the sake of public safety.

I feel like it should be CPL+ and not TFU only, Corporals should be competent enough and trusted to be able to do PBCs. But yeah there's nothing bad about letting TFOs have it.

if a lowly traffic cop like me can be trusted with it, I don't see why TFU shouldn't.
