Suggestion Title: Metro Police
Suggestion Description: I think it would be a great addition to introduce a Metro Police Sub-Department responsible for policing the Parklake Metro network. Officers would primarily patrol stations, platforms and trains, responding to incidents within the metro system.

Each station could include a small police box equipped with CCTV access for that station and the metro line, allowing officers to monitor activity and respond quickly.

Why should this be added?:
- Great for new police players. It gives new officers a smaller, less overwhelming environment to learn police roleplay before moving into full city patrols.

- More roleplay. The metro becomes more than just transport, creating opportunities for fare evasion, disorderly conduct, vandalism, suspicious packages, missing persons, assaults, and other incidents.

- Improves police presence. Having officers regularly stationed underground makes the metro feel alive and encourages players to use it more.

- Training opportunity. Experienced officers could mentor recruits in a controlled environment where they can learn communication, arrests, report writing and radio procedures.

- Better use of CCTV. Giving metro officers access to station CCTV provides another investigative tool and rewards good policing.

- More variety. It introduces another policing role for players who enjoy a different pace instead of constant city patrols.

What negatives could this have?:
- Could reduce city patrol numbers if too many officers choose the metro unit.

- May require additional development, such as police boxes, CCTV integration and defining jurisdiction.

- Risk of inactivity if the metro is quiet during off-peak hours.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: N/A

No where near enough people use the metro for this to be relevant enough to waste dev time on

Also the metro being free is on purpose and a good addition

I understand that development time is valuable, and this is only a suggestion, not a demand. The concept would largely reuse existing police mechanics, with the main additions being small police boxes, station CCTV access, and simple cosmetic changes such as "Metro Police" text on the existing police uniforms. Because most of the required systems already exist, I don't believe it would require creating an entirely new department from scratch. correct me if I'm wrong
