Server Suggestion Minimum order price at the delivery app + bonuses

Description of the idea: When a courier is on duty people won't be able to order things under a certain price (like 1K)

Why should this be added? (pros): As a courier, you can have small order from a player to the other side of the map and get paid 50$ or less for it.
it feels very pointless to do this delivery as the man that makes the afford to do it.
you got no reason to do those as fast as you can or anytime when you get bigger orders from shops and players.
it can really help the people to get their delivery faster because they will have value for the couriers to do them faster.
IRL a lot of businesses order to the customer home after some amount of money, so it will add to the realism

What negatives could this have? (cons): People that want to order small amount of items and the cant because there is a courier on duty.

*Other additions: A system that can be awsome and really drive the courier RP forward,
A system that gives the courier extra money (from the server) for fast deliveries.
the timer can be fixed or can be even better if it will be changed by the place the order is for. (can be behind the scene clock not visible one)

i think 1k is a reasonable and realistic order minimum if you want the save the afford of driving and get it yourself.
and lets be honest most of the people that use it do it because they want to stay at their base and protect it. so 1k minimum order should not be high for them.
and i don't think the courier should deliver someone 1 hamburger. it's ridiculous.
