Suggestion Title: Mods allow users to chat in administrative threads
Suggestion Description: (in admin threads I mean action requests, ban apologies/disputes) the premise is simple to avoid unrelated posts in admin threads, lock the reply feature unless an mod+ allows you to do so. If you are related you can pm the mod in charge and tell them that you wanna reply to the thread and why. Then they will give you perms to reply

Why should this be added?:
- less shit posting (I know what your thinking and shut up)

What negatives could this have?:
- none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Shitposting

This will just create more work for staff.

More people reply to admin threads for legitimate reasons than not.

This would mean more approving than deleting.

Staff have the ability to lock threads when we see fit already.

It does not take a significant amount of common sense to realise that If your not involved within the administrative thread, that you should not message unnecessary, It is a Forum rule for a reason (2.5 if I'm not mistaken) and those who violate typically get warned/barred from posting on the forums as well as their message removed.

Your suggestion would put extra strain on those who handle these threads, having to enable the involved users to give their POV etc.

Fully appreciate the rationale behind the suggestion but as @Goonsberg and @Locksmith alluded to above, the current workflow is adequate and this adds additional steps with little benefit, as individuals who post on administrative threads when they're not involved or post stupid stuff are already dealt with accordingly.
