Discussion post: https://perpheads.com/threads/ratings-in-administrative-sections.18718/#post-128135

Main idea:
Remove the ability for normal users to rate posts within the administrative section.

Full description of the idea: Removing abilities for non-staff users to rate posts within the administrative section of the forums.

Why should it be added?: The rules disallow replies on threads in the administrative section if the user wasn't directly involved. When someone rates and leaves, it tends to cause a bunch of beef between the poster, and the rater usually ending in a ban or warning.

Pros: People won't think negatively of their post if rated in such a manner.
"No :beef: will be caused between the two parties, and no rating bans or anything alike need to be handed out."

Cons: Nobody would be able to express their feelings within the administrative section, but replying is always forbidden regardless unless you were part of the situation so what does that matter?

Off topic:
I left this for a very long time for some discussion to occur, obviously nobody really wanted to say anything but resorted to disagreeing for reasons unknown.
This benefits the community in a positive manner stated above in pros section.

@Tom Hill for the reasoning behind the missing ability to rate in action requests, and the new reason in Pros section.
