Why were you banned/blacklisted: I think excessively dumb rating
Why should this appeal be considered: I apologise for my actions kinda sucks being unable to rate people posts and it's been almost 2years i believe since i've gotten this rating ban i believe this is the second appeal i've made after waiting quite a good amount of time
