Main Idea:
A hotel / motel styled property.
Full description of the idea:
The general idea here is you make a building with apartment block style rooms, a small reception area, and maybe add some tables and a pool outside.
Similar to evocitys hotel except:
- Smaller width wise. The hotel should be large still, but only necessarily in height
- You purchase the whole thing, not just the rooms
Why should it be added?:
On the server, we currently have:
- At least one hotel and casino themed org
- Roleplayers actually looking to partake in Roleplay.
In my personal opinion, Paralakes current version is restrictive on properties you can use for Actual roleplay businesses beyond shops, brothels and bars / restaurants. Also, in my opinion, buying an entire apartment block to do this in does not suffice as:
- Staff literally shit and cum over seeing anything built in an apartment block stairwell.
- There’s no real space for a reception that doesn’t make you look like you’re running a dodgy gay meet-up place doubling as a heroin den because you’re forced to build the reception under a staircase in slums / Projex.
An ideal location for this would be subs park.
Pros:
There’s a sizeable demand for it
I can run a brothel
Cons:
- people buying it to just base in. (This can be avoided by making it a shit place to base.
