Mouse drivers or USB drivers broken

I currently have an issue, when I'm using my mouse I can move the cursor over my screen but when I click on stuff nothing happens. Everything works normally when Im in safe mode but when im on normal mode it does not work correctly.
So far ive reinstalled the "Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller" because I googled the problem and a guide said that people using Windows 7 (Which im using) have had similar problems like this one and that has fixed it, but I did it and nothing happened, I still have my problem.
What do?

Use Windows 10


Your motherboard manufacturer should have specific drivers, try looking them up on their site and search for your model.

That was a legit suggestion tho, Windows 10 automatically updates your drivers better than Windows 7 and has up to date security (January 2020 is when 7 will die with security updates)
