Server Suggestion Multiply XP for medics

Suggestion Title: Multiply XP for medics
Suggestion Description: Give medic XP a boost for whenever they complete actions related to their job (reviving, DNA tool, etc.).

Why should this be added?:
- Medic is a very grindy job to level up compared to jobs like FD. Seeing that medics have virtually nothing to do when there are no life alerts being set off, it would only be fair to increase their XP once the action starts, since that's how medics would gain most of their job XP.

What negatives could this have?:
- n/a

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Would make EMS less grindy.

I will be honest, the XP grind is actually a struggle for medics and works as bad as pre-buffed FF.
The xp gain is in absolute shambles and would prefer FF over medic. Not sure if anyone agrees.

i agree with what akeno has siad. FF seems a hell of alot easier now than EMS. i have been stuck at #16 on ems leaderbord for XP for over a month now playing with advanced training mayor policy and max influence gene, feels like i dont actually gain XP anymore.

Yea this is needed been grinding EMS and FD for a while and I can say that EMS was x 2 times harder to get XP than firefighter since it takes longer to do EMS activities like taking dna draging bodies to Ambulance and stuff

Couldn't agree more, EMS is unbelievably harder to grind especially as it doesn't have the constant XP of random fires that fire fighters do. When I read the patch notes FF got alot of things they have needed for a while (like sharing money from fires) but EMS needed the XP boost not FF. A further suggestion to balance the jobs give EMS a G-wagon with a box truck or a rear seat flat bed conversion to remove bodies (so its only a two seater like the FF ford)
